Returns

Due to the sacred and consumable nature of our products, including ghee diyas and related devotional items, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.

However, returns may be considered in the following cases:

• Product received in a damaged condition.
• Incorrect product delivered.
• Product missing from the order.

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

• Order number
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging
• Description of the issue

Refunds

Refunds may be approved after verification of the reported issue.

If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
• Processing may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
• Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the error was caused by Neideepam.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.
• Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review the claim and provide a suitable resolution, including replacement or refund where applicable.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided for:

• Change of mind after delivery.
• Incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
• Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control.
• Minor packaging variations that do not affect product quality.
